Transmutation of Spirit
Our workshop is a testament to the era before the Great Drought. We do not mass-produce; we distill in silence, following the handwritten ledgers of men who saw spirits as more than just a drink—they saw them as an alchemical achievement.
The "Sinner" is our high-proof, raw moonshine, and we plan to offer it in small barrels for those who want to let that wild spirit rest and evolve on their own terms. The "Saint" is our triple-distilled, double-charred whiskey. Both are born from the same copper coils and messy curiosity you see before you.
At Sinners & Saints Distillery, we bridge centuries of craft by starting with heirloom corn varieties grown across the American frontier in the late 1800s. These older strains bring a depth of character and rustic sweetness you simply cannot coax from modern grains. While our ingredients honor the past, our process embraces the future: every run is guided by computerized distillation controls that let us monitor temperature, vapor flow, and cut points with exacting precision. The result is a whiskey born from old-world agriculture and refined through modern mastery, where history and innovation meet in the glass.
The distillery itself is still in its opening chapter. We are building the room, refining the process, and preparing the first proper release; leave your name with us and we will let you know when the doors open and the bottles are ready.
